It's been a while...

...since the sun last came out (it's been so gloomy in hk!!)
and yes it's been a while since we last updated our blog with an outfit post :P

wellll. sorry for the under-maintenance... we have been rather busily occupied.
Sorry, blog. We didn't mean to leave you there like an orphaned child for almost a month.

anyway, here we are in skirts and dresses to uh, well, celebrate the lovely sunny weather. LOL.

On teree:

I actually like how the skirt looks marbled instead of tie-dyed. And the bracelet i'm wearing here is actually made with bent vintage spoons!

DIY Galaxy T-shirt

Sometimes when you find old T-shirts too lame to wear, re-designing it can be a great idea. I just found one so I used acrylic to DIY a galaxy T-shirt for myself. Hope you guys find this tutorial useful! :)

Tools I use: Palette, Small paint brush, Acrylic (colour: Phthalo Blue,
Blue Lake, Brilliant Red, Titanium White, Ivory Black)

Firstly, put a plastic sheet between the front and the back of your
T-shirt to prevent the penetration of colour. draw a big black triangle
which is big enough to cover the original pattern. (You may use ruler
to draw the frame first.)

Secondly, choose a reference picture and use your favourite colours to
draw the basic shape of the galaxy.

Thirdly, add the glory of some lightest stars so that they will
look like glowing.

Finally, randomly add the stars and more glory. It is done!

xx Tips: A toothpick can be useful in drawing tiny stars xx

Hope you enjoy this tutorial! Good luck in DIYing your own galaxy T-shirt<3
